WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY? 

The costs of shipping prints are set out below.  

Original paintings and limited editions are shipped  by UPS or DHL free of charge for the United States and Europe. For shipping of original paintings outside of the United States and Europe please contact me at info@pmelarts.com.

We are not responsible for duties and taxes required for international shipping.  All duties and taxes must be paid by the buyer.

FOR ORIGINALS & LIMITED EDITIONS Under normal conditions, shipping times range from 3-9 business days for the United States; somewhat longer for Europe.  Given the present difficult situation due to the pandemic, these times may be longer. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as available. Shipping for prints will be based on weight and destination:

SHIPPING PRICES are calculated based on your cart total as follows: 

Due to shipping requirements, pieces with a long side greater than 40" or a short side greater than 30" may incur additional charges.  Please see our Crate and Freight shipping policies below for more information.

Large Size Products and Crating Policies

Due to shipping requirements and the potential for damage, some products over 30" on the short side, or over 40" in length must be crated at an additional cost.  All additional Crate fees are included in the product total.

• Crate for MetalPrints over 30x40 to 40x60 $15.00 
• Crate for MetalPrints over 40x60 $20.00 

Products over 40" long that are shipped flat may require freight shipping, 

We can provide freight quotes for these orders. Please allow additional time for the quote and freight delivery times.

Shipping of  Outside of the Continental US, Expedited Shipping, and Special Requests

APO shipping is charged full cost and sent via UPS or DHL

Requests for shipping prints outside of the continental United States, other types of shipping, and expedited shipping will be charged at full cost.

Shipping Quotes are available for large orders of prints or orders shipping to international destinations. Please contact me at  www.pmelarts.com/contact with the details of what will be in the order and the address it will be shipped to.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS?

• We do not accept returns on original paintings or limited editions; all sales are FINAL.
• We do our utmost to ensure that your order is packaged carefully and arrives safely at its destination.
• If your  prints  were to arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and contact BayPhoto with your order number for further instructions.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?  

Sales of original oil paintings are final. You may cancel your order prior to shipment only. Please contact  info@pmelarts.com within 48 hours if you need to cancel your order.   

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?  

Processing a refund for prints can take up to 7-10 business days.   There is a  5-10% charge for refunded items, depending on size and destination of the order.
